Administration Executive (Upto 4.5 LPA) Full Time

Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform specializing in end-to-end consumer journeys, from property search and transactions to mortgages, home furnishing, rentals, and property management. Handling over 15,000+ transactions annually, the company has a robust global presence, with significant revenue from markets such as the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Square Yards leverages advanced data analytics and VR technology to disrupt traditional real estate ecosystems, aiming to build India’s first multi-listing service (MLS). Its allied platforms like Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital are scaling to become leaders in their respective categories, enhancing the value chain.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administration Executive, located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include managing daily office operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing administrative tasks, and maintaining organizational processes. The role also involves scheduling meetings, handling documentation, and providing general support to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and stakeholders
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain professionalism
• Experience in administrative roles; prior experience in a similar industry or startup environment is a plus
• Adept at problem-solving and detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
