Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive Full Time NEW

We are looking for a confident and spoken-word Telecaller/Inside Sales Executive . Your primary role will be to reach out to potential clients, explain our services and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Making daily calls to the provided database of potential leads.
• Lead Generation: Identifying customer needs and generating interest in our services.
• Database Management: Maintaining an accurate record of all calls and follow-ups in the Excel sheet/CRM.
• Appointment Setting: Coordinating with the manager to fix meetings with interested clients.
• Follow-up: Regularly following up with old leads to convert them.

Requirements:

• Language: Proficiency in Hindi (Local language helps a lot). Basic English is a plus.
• Communication: Clear and polite speaking skills.
• Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome if they are confident).
• Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel to maintain call records.
