- Inventory Control & Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking materials.Perform periodic physical stock verification, reconciliation with records, and ensure proper labeling and storage.
- Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods to reduce obsolescence.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency.
- Generate and maintain reports regarding stock movements, consumption, and shortages.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and security protocols for materials.
- Material Issuance & Handling:
- Issue materials against authorized requisitions/indents, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Verify quality with QA before receiving or issuing items.
- Team & Vendor Supervision:
- Supervise store personnel, including scheduling and training.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and manage vendor relationships.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain, update, and manage all store documentation, including registers and ERP systems.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on stock status, sales, and discrepancies.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
