Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in hiring and recruitment of new team members
• Support team management and coordination
• Monitor daily tasks and ensure work is completed on time
• Guide and train new members to improve performance
• Maintain communication between team and senior management Help in lead generation and follow-ups
