Position: – Manager- Administration
Responsibilities: –
· Oversee Operations: Plan Supervise & Manage resource including HR deploys as per need & Supervise the day to day Operations of the Hospital, ensuring smooth & efficient functioning of all departments.
· Staff Management: – Lead & guide administrative staff, providing direction and support to enhance their performance and ensure they adhere to hospital policies and procedure.
· Quality Improvement: Identify areas of improvement within administrative process and work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to implement necessary changes.
· Vendor and Contract Management: – Oversee vendor selection and contract negotiations, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality services.
· Security & Safety: Ensure that security and safety protocols are adhered to across the hospital premises, protecting staff, patients & assets.
· Resource Optimization: – Efficiently manage administrative resources, streamlining processes to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensures legal compliance and adherence to accreditation guidelines
· Serve as a liaison among governing boards, medical staff, and department managers.
· Develop work schedules for all employees
· Patient Care Quality: Collaborate with medical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
· Coordinate with relevant agencies and ensure the hospital’s readiness to handle emergencies
Requirements: –
· Experience: – Minimum of 05 years of experience in hospital administration, & experience of at least working in Administration/support service department of health care service.
· Education: – Graduate.
· Leadership Skills: – Strong Leadership qualities with supervisory skills with the ability to inspire and guide administrative teams effectively.
· Communication: – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with staff & stakeholders.
· Problem- Solving: – Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations, identify problems and devise effective solutions.
· Organizational Skills:- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
· Team Player: – A Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
