Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth operational workflow.
· Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments for administrative requirements.
· Handle office supplies, inventory, and procurement of stationery and other essentials.
· Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and office facilities management.
· Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence as required.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination professionally.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
