• The person will be responsible for handling correspondence, day-to-day administrative tasks, providing support to the school management, providing different types of certificates that the students may apply for, updating the university portal with details of medical certificates, on duty forms etc., helping the exam cell in conducting the various examinations, and assisting the research cell in maintaining updated data.
• In addition, the Administrative Executive will have to carry out responsibilities as may be assigned by the School management and the Administrative Officer.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational institution
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in multiple languages will be preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
