MICR Foundation collaborates with leading institutions like IITs, NITs, and international organizations, hosting events, internships, and research opportunities related to AI, Quantum Computing, Drone Technology, and Space Technology. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an AI and UX/UI Specialist. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the design and development of AI-driven interfaces and user experiences while collaborating on artificial intelligence projects and innovation initiatives. Responsibilities include creating intuitive user interfaces, optimizing user engagement, and integrating AI technologies into applications. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and implement advanced design and systems while supporting research and development activities within the foundation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in UX/UI Design, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and tools
• Experience with Front-End Development using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design systems
• Knowledge of Human-Centered Design approaches and interaction design principles
• Familiarity with AI-Driven UI/UX design trends and innovative design techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team
• Experience with usability testing and user research to improve design solutions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
• Experience in the non-profit sector, as well as prior exposure to AI and quantum computing projects, is a plus
