Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Digital Design Creation Expert based in Kalyan Dombivli. The role involves creating textile patterns and design concepts using AI-driven design tools and software, aligned with the company’s product lines and client requirements. The expert will translate design briefs into digital artworks suitable for printing and processing, optimizing files for production and ensuring color accuracy and repeat quality. Daily tasks include collaborating with the production and merchandising teams, refining designs based on feedback, and maintaining a digital design library for future use. The role also includes staying updated on AI design trends, experimenting with new tools, and supporting process improvements in the digital design workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret design briefs, production constraints, and market trends, and to optimize AI-generated outputs for manufacturability.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with production, merchandising, sales, and management teams and to clearly present design concepts and rationale.
• Experience in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing to help position designs for online catalogs, campaigns, and brand visibility across digital channels.
• Project Management abilities to handle multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver designs within production timelines and client deadlines.
• Proficiency with AI-based design tools, graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), and knowledge of textile pattern creation and color management.
• Understanding of textile printing processes (rotary, digital, screen) and fabric types to ensure designs translate accurately from screen to fabric.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in textile/print design.
• Ability to work on-site in Kalyan Dombivli, with attention to detail, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new AI and design technologies.
