Education Eligibility

• Primary Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on Digital Transformation or Business Intelligence.
• Certifications: Professional certifications in AI/Machine Learning (e.g., Google AI, Coursera/DeepLearning.ai) and Advanced Performance Marketing (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads Search/Display).

Experience Required

• Total Experience: 4 to 6 years in Digital Marketing or E-commerce.
• AI Specifics: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing AI tools for lead generation, predictive analytics, or creative automation.
• Industry Background: Proven track record in OTC/Healthcare is critical due to regulatory knowledge (FDA/ASC guidelines) and high-volume, low-margin sales cycles.
• Ad Spend Management: Experience managing monthly Meta/Google ad budgets of at least $50k+ using automated bidding and AI-driven scaling tools.
• Platform Expertise: Direct experience with NAS.io / appolo/Shopify/Magento and AI-integrations like Madgicx, Klaviyo (AI segments), or Triple Whale.
