Quick-Commerce Supply Chain Executive Full Time NEW

Role Objective

Own availability and execution excellence across Quick Commerce platforms. Ensure Cookd is consistently

in-stock, operationally accurate, and error-free — preventing revenue leakage from stockouts, listing issues,

and fulfilment gaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Availability Ownership: Drive 95%+ daily in-stock across priority SKUs and cities; prevent avoidable

weekend stockouts; proactively close supply gaps.

• Replenishment Execution: End-to-end PO tracking (PO → dispatch → appointment → inwarding);

ensure strong fill rate and SLA adherence; coordinate with warehouse teams; escalate delays quickly.

• Catalog & Listing Hygiene: Maintain correct barcode, MRP, weight, tax, and activation status; prevent

listing errors; ensure clean platform presence.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with platform supply teams; partner internally to maintain OTIF

discipline; drive structured issue closure.

• Performance Tracking & Loss Control: Maintain daily ops dashboard; run weekly root-cause reviews;

track returns/damages/expiry and reduce losses.

• Launch Readiness: Ensure stock and listing accuracy before SKU activation; prevent post-launch

breakdowns.

Near-zero listing errors | Returns/damages trending downward
