Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Executive Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating AMC business, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the elevator/manufacturing segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new AMC sales leads and convert them into business
- Manage and renew existing AMC contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in AMC sales (preferably in elevator or manufacturing industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic technical understanding of elevators/maintenance services is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Client handling and relationship management
- Sales planning and execution
- MS Office and reporting skills
