Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Villupuram for a talented AMS professional. Responsibilities include end-to-end support in administrative, operational, and communication tasks to ensure smooth internal operations. The AMS professional will also handle coordination across departments, data entry, report preparation, and support management in day-to-day requirements as directed. Effective collaboration to meet organizational goals and providing exceptional service will be a key focus in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats, with confidence in engaging stakeholders effectively
• Well-versed in data entry, record management, and report preparation
• Proficient in administrative and coordination duties, including task prioritization and meeting deadlines
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for carrying out operational responsibilities accurately
• Basic proficiency with relevant software and tools such as MS Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain professionalism in an on-site environment
• Prior experience in a similar role and/or a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
