In this transition context, the dual priority for 2026 is to build two interconnected capabilities a coherent APAC performance management model that enables leadership to steer delivery with speed and clarity, and a disciplined zone PMO that ensures the APAC strategic portfolio is governed, prioritised, and value-driven. This role is designed to harmonise KPI definitions, reporting rhythms, and governance routines; run the Zone PMO; and steer zone-led strategic programs — while progressively simplifying and automating the end-to-end performance cycle and portfolio governance. The objective is to create a single, integrated management system that strengthens decision readiness, execution discipline, and accountability across all APAC CBUs.
