Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Operation Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Area Operation Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple store locations, ensuring smooth workflows, operational excellence, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include managing store managers, monitoring inventory, analyzing operational data, implementing strategies for increasing sales efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting staff development to enhance customer satisfaction and employee performance.

Qualifications

• Strong operational management skills, including experience in overseeing multiple locations and coordinating with teams to achieve operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in team leadership, with the ability to mentor, train, and motivate store managers and staff members effectively.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate operational challenges and develop strategic solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and ensure alignment with company values.
• Ability to manage inventory processes and ensure compliance with hygiene and health standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant work experience may also be considered.
• Experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
