Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple stores within the assigned area
• Drive sales targets, same-store growth, and improve store-level profitability
• Monitor KPIs: sales, footfall, conversion rates, ATV, and repeat customers
• Ensure SOP adherence: product quality, service standards, hygiene, and brand compliance
• Support store managers in team training, scheduling, and performance improvement
• Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with supply chain for inventory management and minimize wastage
• Support new store openings and stabilization within the city
Requirements
• 4–8 years of experience in retail/F&B; operations
• Experience managing multiple outlets within a city
• Strong team management and operational skills
• Ability to drive sales and improve store performance
• Basic understanding of P&L; and cost controls
• Willingness to travel within the city
