Full job description
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have Excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service, and a keen interest in fine jewelry and luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry based on their preferences and requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and current jewelry trends.
- Achieve and exceed individual as well as team sales targets.
- Maintain attractive, clean, and secure displays of jewelry, watches, and silverware.
- Handle billing, payment processing, stock coordination, and other day-to-day store operations.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and follow-ups to encourage repeat business.
Education & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with certification or diploma in Jewellery Design, Gemology, Retail Sales, or related fields will have an added advantage.
- Prior experience in Gold jewellery retail or luxury sales will be preferred.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong sales and customer handling abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Candidates with prior experience or background in the Gold jewellery industry will be preferred.
