Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist (IT Administrator) who is ready to work in a challenging and rewarding environment.
This role involves providing 24/7 technical support to our diverse client base across Australia, the US, the Philippines, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and the UK — on a rotational shift basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide round-the-clock technical support for clients, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Linux, Windows Server, and VoIP systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and updates in the support tracking system.
- Manage and troubleshoot office staff laptops, desktops, and network infrastructure.
- Ensure continuous system uptime, network performance, and security.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Linux commands and administration.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and VoIP systems.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work in rotational 24/7 shifts.
Salary
💰 ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
