Area Sales Manager – Premium GT Channel | FMCG | Bangalore
Hector Beverages (Paper Boat) is hiring a dynamic sales leader to scale our Premium General Trade channel in metro markets!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage distributors for 100% monthly billing & market expansion
- Drive frontline sales force to 140-150 outlets/month per rep via SFA/CRM
- Grow numeric distribution (4 core categories in 80% outlets)
- Analyze secondary sales using Excel/Power BI dashboards
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing & Supply Chain teams
What You’ll Need:
- 3-6 years FMCG GT sales (metro/premium markets)
- Proven distributor management & team leadership
- Hands-on Excel, Power BI, SFA/DMS tools
- Bachelor’s (MBA preferred)
