Assistant Clinic Manager Full Time

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Clinic Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a growing skin and hair clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership ability, and experience in customer service or clinic administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily clinic operations and front office activities

• Coordinate appointments, patient flow, and staff schedules

• Ensure a smooth and positive client experience

• Support doctors, therapists, and operational staff for efficient workflow

• Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation

• Coordinate inventory and vendor follow-ups

• Ensure professional standards, hygiene, and discipline are maintained

• Support management in achieving operational and business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in clinic/hospitality/administration

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and scheduling systems

• Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, salon, or clinic operations is preferred

• Candidates should be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a target-oriented and service-focused environment
