We are looking for a motivated Infrastructure Support Intern to assist in maintaining our organization’s IT setup, computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, providing day-to-day technical support to employees, and managing overall asset management.
This would 3-months paid internship. On successful completion, you may offer full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical support for software and network-related issues
- Assist in installing, configuring, and updating systems and applications
- Troubleshoot system, printer, and connectivity issues
- Support user account setup and access management
- Maintain IT documentation and track issues/resolutions
- Assist in system maintenance and regular checks
- Managing asset management and installation of antivirus software.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows and MS Office
- Understanding of hardware and software components and peripherals
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of networking (IP, Windows, cybersecurity) is a plus
- Good communication.
- Graduates from B.Sc. IT, BCA, B.E./B.Tech (IT/Computer Science).
