Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily front office operations
- Supervise receptionists, front desk agents, and concierge staff
- Ensure high levels of customer/guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Support staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments
- Monitor room availability, bookings, and billing accuracy
- Maintain records, reports, and administrative documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Help achieve occupancy, revenue, and service quality targets
Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
