Job Description
Experience range : 10 years to 12 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
System Configuration & Support
- Lead SAP FICO configuration, customization, and enhancements aligned with business requirements in areas such as:
- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Taxation
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Product Costing (CO-PC) and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Maintain and support integration between FICO and other modules (MM, SD, PP, PM, PS).
- Resolve system issues, manage change requests, and ensure SAP FICO stability and performance.
Business Process Optimization
- Partner with Finance and Operations teams to analyze and streamline financial processes across power generation, EPC, and manufacturing divisions.
- Support automation and digitalization initiatives and workflow integration.
Governance & Reporting
- Support financial closing, reporting, and reconciliation processes using SAP tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Project & Enhancement Management
- Collaborate with the SAP CoE and functional leads on minor rollout projects, upgrades, or new module activations.
- Coordinate with external consultants or vendors for system enhancements or issue resolution.
- Participate in testing, validation, and end-user training during enhancement rollouts.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Support integration between finance and manufacturing processes (solar module/cell production costing, inventory valuation, etc.).
- Engage with Digital IT leadership to align SAP finance processes with digital transformation goals.
