About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly driven professional to join our Commercial Operations team. This role requires strong expertise in procurement and vendor management processes, hands-on ERP exposure (preferably Oracle NetSuite), and the ability to manage multiple operational work streams efficiently.

The ideal candidate should be process-driven, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, including documentation review and KYC validations. Come up with innovations to automate the process
• Handle commercial and procurement processes in alignment with internal policies with utmost professionalism and transparency
• Work extensively on Excel for data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and tracking
• Manage and respond to high-volume email communication effectively and professionally
• Strict adherence to TAT
• Operate and manage workflows within Oracle NetSuite (ERP) or similar ERP systems
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across supply chain and procurement transactions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Business) for approvals and process closures
• Handle process automations, drive automation & integration projects proactively & be up to date with process knowledge & key information
• Track timelines and ensure deliverables are met within defined SLAs
• Support additional operational tasks as required

What You Bring

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivots, data management, reconciliation).
• Experience working on Oracle NetSuite ERP (preferred) or similar ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of commercial processes, procurement, and supply chain workflows.
• Experience in vendor onboarding and KYC validation processes.
