following are roles n responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Overseeing the hiring process, from drafting job descriptions and screening candidates to managing smooth onboarding and orientation.
• Employee Relations: Acting as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Supporting the performance appraisal lifecycle, goal-setting, and employee development programs.
• HR Operations & Payroll: Supervising day-to-day HR administrative tasks, maintaining employee databases (HRIS), and coordinating with finance teams for payroll and benefits administration.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensuring company policies align with local labor laws, managing employment contracts, and handling offboarding/exit formalities.
