- Job Description
- Second level overseas Market support (line tickets) and Warranty Support Platform Mailbox response within targeted time.
- Dealer Query & claim analysis, validation, and Processing (Warranty, RSA, LRSA, EV Battery claims) .
- Query & claim validation: approved / returned / rejected within shortest time.
- Claims on Paint & Corrosion queries assessed within targeted time.
- High-cost warranty claim items to be analysed and escalated monthly with proposed countermeasure (e.g. pre-authorisation rule, bulletin etc)
- Regular reports to be issued before agreed deadline
- Warranty claims allocation to responsible manufacturer/supplier
- New Model Operation Codes Validation & Setup in system.
- Reporting to local and regional level.
- Educational Qualification and experience:
- Diploma / BE – Mechanical, Automobile, or equivalent with 4-5 years of experience
- Min 3+ years of experience in Warranty Operations with good understanding on dealer warranty process.
- Sound experience on data analytics, solution generation and prepare management presentation.
- Must have advanced level skill on Microsoft office – Excel (including Pivot Tables and Macros)
