About Position

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, AccelQ automation, and Validation Testing using Valgenesys. This role focuses on ensuring high?quality, compliant Salesforce implementations through automated testing, functional validation, integration testing, and release support. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to validate Service Cloud features, manage defects, and support successful Salesforce releases across environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using AccelQ
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and validation testing
• Validate Salesforce Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni?Channel, Knowledge Base, and Service Console
• Execute validation testing using Valgenesys to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Conduct API testing using REST and SOAP services
• Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Collaborate with development, BA, and QA teams to ensure full test coverage
• Manage the defect lifecycle and track issues to resolution
• Support Salesforce release management and deployment validations
• Prepare test plans, test cases, automation reports, and QA documentation

Expertise You’ll Bring

• 5?8 years of overall QA experience with 3+ years in Salesforce testing
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionality
• Hands-on experience with AccelQ automation for Salesforce
• Experience performing validation testing using Valgenesys
• Proficiency in API testing using tools such as Postman
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like JIRA
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem?solving skills
• Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, ISTQB, AccelQ
• Nice to have experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Lightning component testing
