An AGM Deliver Technology, South Asia is responsible for day to day operation management , digitalization projects development & maintenance. The person would be further responsible for distribution safety monitoring and project replication and on boarding of other regions as well as sharing best practices.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this job role you have to support existing countries in TOC as per contract terms & realizations
• You have to ensure AMC/SLA terms are met with the vendors/Internal customers, TOC manpower management & shift operation
• In this job role you have to handle transport Operation Centre software & services management as per business requirements / changes & AOP fulfilment
• You have to generate the idea in technological upgrade for Deliver and Bringing in new technologies in Distribution with measured and productive improvement
• You have to involve yourself in Distribution KPI improvement f through Fleet Control Room
• Moreover, you have to manage applications like LMS/PDMS/TOC /Tableau & other deliver systems as an Admin (including Role & access management)
• You have to maintain Telematics Reliability and maintenance of running /upcoming projects
• After that you have to generate Weekly/Monthly Performance Dashboard & MIS reports (ex. DRP / HOS / JSO/ Other reliability dashboard

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You have a degree B. Tech/Be ( IT /Computers) with 5-7 years’ experience in Telematics or similar industry
• You should have knowledge of SAP Hana S4
