Associate Manager – Procurement
Location: Gurgaon
Job Summary
The Associate Manager Spend Management is responsible for the strategic supplier relationships with Evalueserve. This position manages end-to-end supplier management, including sourcing/Request for Purchase, contract compliance, cost avoidance, cost reduction, risk transfer, improved customer service, value add, best practices, financial modeling (ROI reporting) and executive level reporting and analysis.
Required Qualifications
➢ Manages Supplier Performance
▪ Develops long-term strategic supplier relationships, primarily with IT (Global) & Non- IT (Admin & Infra) and Operation vendors.
▪ Leads the resolution of critical supplier issues escalated from internal business owners.
▪ Ensures missed performance KPIs are resolved satisfactorily and that supplier has provided a root cause analysis and corrective action.
▪ Manages contractual requirements and acts when performance drops below expectations.
➢ Manages the Global Procurement Organization
▪ Responsible for performance meeting/beating KPI’s
▪ Continuous improvement for all Procurement related processes
▪ All jobs should be completed within the given TAT as per the process
➢ Assists in contractual performance issues.
▪ Acts as liaison between IT & Non-IT, the Supplier and the Legal department as necessary.
➢ May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required
