Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.Sc / BCA / M.Sc / MCA
- Year of Passing: 2024 or 2025
- Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and functional specifications
- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Identify, report, and track defects
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
- Perform manual testing of applications
- Ensure quality standards are met before product release
- Participate in team meetings and provide status updates
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing concepts
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Team player with a positive attitude
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of any testing tools (e.g., Selenium / Automation / Manual basics)
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL)
- Internship or project experience in testing
