Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly creative Associate – Social Media Management & Content Creation with a strong grasp of content tools and platform management. This role requires someone who can translate luxury fashion storytelling into compelling digital content while managing day-to-day social media operations.

Key Responsibilities

– Plan, schedule, and manage daily posts across Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube. 

– Create high-quality content including reels, short videos, pins, and static creatives aligned with a luxury fashion aesthetic

– Stay on top of fashion, design, and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant

– Execute end-to-end content creation—from ideation to publishing

– Use content creation and editing tools to produce polished, platform-optimized assets

– Coordinate with designers, stylists, and creators for shoots and collaborations

– Capture and showcase bespoke processes, craftsmanship, and finished garments

– Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and optimize content accordingly

– Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity

Core Requirements (Must-Have)

– Strong creative thinking with an eye for fashion, aesthetics, and storytelling

– Hands-on experience with content creation tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)

– Solid understanding of platform management (posting, scheduling, engagement handling)

– Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube formats and best practices

– Ability to work from office in Chennai in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

– Educational background in Fashion Communication (or closely related field)

Preferred Qualifications

– Prior internship or experience in social media/content roles

– Experience or strong interest in luxury, bespoke, or fashion/lifestyle brands

– Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking

– Experience working with influencers, stylists, or fashion creators
