• Transcription: Listen to audio/dictation and transcribe them into accurate, high-quality texts.
• Data Entry: Transfer information from paper formats into digital databases or spreadsheets.
• Proofreading: Check completed work for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.
• Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, outline discussion points, and email summaries to attendees.
• File Management: Maintain and organize both physical and digital document filing systems for easy retrieval.
• Clerical Duties: Handle correspondence, scan/print files, and assist with general office tasks. Workable +3

Requirements & Skills

• Typing Speed: Typically a minimum of 50 to 80+ words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in word processors (like MS Office or Google Docs), spreadsheets, and transcription software.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent spelling, grammar, and ability to spot mistakes or misquotes quickly.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive company or client information with discretion.
