Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Patna. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in operational activities, coordinating with team members, managing student queries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the platform. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in delivering services to students and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Administrative, coordination, and operational management skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Prior experience in an education or ed-tech environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred
