Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Executive located in West Delhi. The Purchasing Executive will manage procurement activities, which include creating and processing purchase orders and purchase requisitions. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining vendor relationships. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to understand purchasing needs, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management.
• Experience in Procurement and efficient handling of supply chain operations.
• Strong Communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to ensure compliance with procurement and quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field preferred.
• Previous experience in medical devices or healthcare procurement is advantageous.
• Team player with excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
