Operating in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and Kolkata, the company serves over 500,000 meals monthly and is expanding to 10 mega kitchens across 8 cities by 2026.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the GM/MD, the Operations Head will lead large-scale catering operations across 2 Central Production Units (CPU) and multiple client sites. The role involves managing 300+ staff members and ensuring seamless delivery of services to corporate clients and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee end-to-end catering operations across CPUs and sites.
• Team Management: Lead service, kitchen, and logistics teams to drive efficiency.
• Client Relations: Build strong client partnerships and ensure flawless event execution.
• Budget & Cost Control: Plan budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize costs.
• Food Safety: Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and other food safety standards.
• Training & Development: Build team capability through structured programs.
• Vendor Management: Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, and supply chain efficiency.
• Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs for innovative menu design.
• Crisis Management: Handle operational challenges and ensure business continuity.

Required Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of experience in F&B or catering operations.
• Certifications: FSSAI, HACCP (mandatory).
