Role Description

We are seeking a Car Booking Management Executive for our office in Ujjain. As a full-time, on-site position, the role involves managing daily car rental bookings, coordinating bookings with customers, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, resolving customer concerns, monitoring fleet availability, and collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth operational flow. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer service, including managing inquiries and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing large volumes of booking records and coordinating with teams.
• Basic technical skills for using booking software and handling database systems.
• Effective communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving capabilities to handle booking-related challenges and provide creative solutions.
• Previous experience in car rental services or vehicle fleet management is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ujjain and commit to a full-time schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
