Job Title: Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure efficient inventory management, and support smooth supply chain operations in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular stock audits
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and store teams for timely stock movement
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials
- Implement and maintain warehouse processes and SOPs
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and provide guidance/training
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Optimize space utilization and improve operational efficiency
- Handle returns, damages, and discrepancies effectively
- Prepare MIS reports related to stock, dispatch, and operations
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, basic reporting)
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
