Operations Manager

Experience: 2 -5years

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manage daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Analyze operational processes and implement improvements to streamline procedures and reduce inefficiencies.
• Supervise, train, and develop team members, ensuring that the operations department meets or exceeds performance standards.
• Develop and manage operational budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on operational performance for senior management.
• Address and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise.
• Contribute to the development of long-term operational strategies to support the organization’s growth and objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
