Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales for a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The AVP of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, and closely collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational objectives. Additional responsibilities include managing key client accounts and creating innovative solutions to meet client and market demands.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
- Experience : 10+ years in Pure IT Service.
- Proven experience of leading Business Development Manager
- Proven experience in Business Development and Account Management
- Ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- In-depth understanding of the technology sector and experience in selling digital solutions is highly preferred
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics for driving performance and decision-making
