In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you lead the implementation of innovative Azure Databricks solutions that drive business success. As a Manager, you are accountable for overseeing project execution, mentoring junior staff, and leveraging your strategic planning skills to enhance team performance and client satisfaction. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with diverse teams, and make a significant impact on large-scale Data & AI programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead data engineering projects utilizing Azure Databricks
- Develop data pipelines and architecture for analytics solutions
- Mentor team members in data engineering recommended practices
- Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs
- Analyze data sets to derive actionable insights
- Maintain project deliverables to meet quality and timeline expectations
- Drive innovation through the adoption of new technologies
- Manage stakeholder communications and project updates
What You Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 years of experience in data engineering
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech / MBA
- Experience in designing and implementing Azure Data Analytics solutions
- Proficiency in Azure Databricks and Spark architecture
- Utilizing big data technologies for scalable solutions
- Leading cross-functional teams for project delivery
- Demonstrating hands-on experience with Microsoft Data Platform
- Knowledge of Application DevOps tools and CI/CD frameworks
- Understanding of Data Modeling and Data Architecture
- Business knowledge in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Technology
