Position Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Computer Operator for our printing and packaging factory in Raipur. The candidate will handle daily computer operations, stock records, staff coordination, attendance management, and office documentation to ensure smooth factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage daily computer-based office work
Maintain stock and inventory records of raw materials and finished goods
Update inward/outward entries and generate stock reports
Manage staff attendance records and maintain attendance registers/software
Coordinate with factory staff and supervisors regarding daily work updates
Prepare invoices, reports, and production-related documentation
Handle data entry and maintain proper filing of records
Assist management with administrative and operational tasks
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of factory data
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic to advanced computer knowledge
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic office software
Knowledge of stock management and inventory handling
Understanding of attendance and staff management systems
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work systematically and maintain records accurately
Prior experience in factory or manufacturing back office operations preferred
Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Computer certification or relevant experience will be an advantage
Experience
1–3 years preferred in back office or factory operations
Freshers with strong computer knowledge may also apply
