Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back-Office Executive based in Bankura. The Back-Office Executive will handle administrative tasks, perform back-office operations, coordinate office activities, and assist in ensuring smooth workflow and record management. Responsibilities will also include contributing to and supporting sales and finance-related activities as needed. Attention to detail and effective communication with team members and clients will be essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations and general Office Operations
• Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
• Basic computer skills & Advance excel including proficiency in MS Office tools
• Ability to manage and organize data with keen attention to detail
