Back Office Operations Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily back-office operations related to trading activities
• Maintain trade records, reconciliation reports, and operational documentation
• Coordinate with brokers, exchanges, banks, and internal teams
• Handle client onboarding, KYC documentation, and compliance processes
• Prepare MIS reports and operational summaries
• Track fund transfers, payouts, and account-related activities
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and discrepancies
• Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in back office operations, preferably in trading/finance domain
• Basic understanding of stock market and trading operations
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Nifty/BSE processes, settlements, and compliance
• Familiarity with Algo Trading environment is an added advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
