Job Overview

MithaiCana, a fast-growing dessert and cafe chain in Bangalore, is hiring Full Time Back Staff to support our expanding operations.

This role is ideal for motivated and career-oriented individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy, discipline, and a positive attitude.

Work Schedule

• 6 days per week
• Weekend availability required

Compensation & Benefits

• ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Internal Dispatch of Products.
• Monitor inventory and stock movement
• Support other back-office activities as required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual

Requirements

• Basic communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, or English
• Must reside within or be willing to relocate within 5 km of the or our Office Location in Marathahalli.
