Job Description Job title: BFSI Transition Manager – Manager /Senior Manager
Location – Pan India Location (Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gandhinagar)
Key Responsibilities
10+ years of experience across Client engagement and Project Management.
Expertise in BFSI Domain.
Manage end-to-end transition from planning to BAU within timelines
Analyse client processes and design offshoring transition plans
Ensure maximum value delivery to client and organization
Communicate effectively across people, process, and technology stakeholders
Enable and align key stakeholders before transition kick-off
Monitor process performance using dashboards
Ensure adherence to milestones, tollgates, and governance
Conduct regular stakeholder review meetings (weekly/biweekly)
Build and structure an effective project team
Arrange resources for transition training delivery
Coordinate with infrastructure and admin teams for setup and logistics
Identify improvement areas to enhance customer satisfaction
Oversee Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities for smooth transition
Track and manage change management activities
Ensure completion of all required project documentation
