BGV Manager – Operations | Greater Noida | Full Time

JD –

Offshore BGV Oversight

• Manage end-to-end background verification processes for offshore hires across multiple geographies.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and organizational standards.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Liaise with third-party verification vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of BGV checks.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve discrepancies proactively.

Policy Implementation

• Implement and enforce BGV policies aligned with offshore operations, client requirements, and legal frameworks.

Compliance Management

• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and protection laws (e.g., DPDP Act) and client-specific onboarding norms.
• Mitigate compliance risks through continuous monitoring and controls.

Audit & Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive BGV records and documentation.
• Prepare and support internal and external audits.

Process Improvement

• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements in offshore BGV workflows, systems, and controls.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with Recruitment, HR, Legal, and Business teams across regions to resolve BGV-related issues and ensure smooth, timely onboarding.

Training & Support

• Provide guidance and training to offshore HR and Business teams on BGV procedures, updates, and compliance requirements.
