Role Overview

We’re looking for a Campaign & Content Strategist who can create powerful content ideas and write kick-ass copies for multiple brands across different industries.

This role is not about writing generic captions or scheduling posts. We want someone who understands attention, storytelling, consumer psychology, and how content performs across platforms.

You’ll be working on campaigns, brand communication, social media content, ad copies, reel concepts, and creative strategies for different clients. One day you might be building a bold campaign for a fashion brand, and the next day writing sharp, conversion-focused content for a real estate or hospitality client.

You should be deeply interested in social media, creator culture, trends, hooks, and content formats that drive engagement. Most importantly, you should know how to adapt your writing style based on different brands and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative campaign ideas and content strategies for multiple client brands
• Write high-quality copies for social media, ad campaigns, reels, captions, and brand communication
• Create strong hooks, CTAs, and storytelling-driven content
• Plan content calendars and campaign messaging across platforms
• Research trends, audience behavior, competitors, and viral content formats
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketers to execute campaigns
• Build and maintain unique brand voices for different clients
• Brainstorm creative concepts for reels, shoots, and trend-based content
• Contribute to performance campaigns with content focused on engagement and conversions
• Analyze content performance and improve strategies based on insights

• Deep understanding of social media culture and digital trends
• Ability to write in different tones for different brands
• Creative thinker with strong content instincts
• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form content
• Ability to generate content ideas quickly and execute efficiently
• Good understanding of branding, audience psychology, and online engagement
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
