Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Incharge, located in Jalandhar. The Branch Incharge will oversee day-to-day branch operations, including logistics coordination, team management, and maintaining customer service standards. Responsibilities include supervising branch staff, managing resources, ensuring operational efficiency, and establishing a culture of continuous improvement. The role also involves resolving issues, meeting delivery timelines, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills to effectively supervise branch staff and coordinate operations
• Operational Management and Logistics expertise to oversee day-to-day branch activities and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills for resolving operational challenges effectively
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and clients professionally
• Proficiency with Logistics Technology and tools is an advantage
• Understanding of local/regional logistics regulations is beneficial
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
