Lead – Corporate Communication Full Time NEW

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company’s objectives and enhance its reputation.
• Lead the corporate communications team in executing PR campaigns, media relations, and internal communications initiatives.
• Manage external communication activities, including press releases, media inquiries, and public announcements.
• Serve as the company’s spokesperson and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee crisis communication planning and response to protect the company’s reputation during emergencies or challenging situations.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to identify opportunities for proactive communication strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
• Provide strategic communication counsel to senior leadership and support internal communications efforts to engage employees and build a strong corporate culture.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and continuously improve strategies based on feedback and data insights.

Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 15-18 years of experience in Corporate Communications, preferably in the Airports industry.
• Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
• Proven experience in crisis communication and issues management.
• Strong network with media outlets and industry influencers.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA in Communications or related field preferred.

Certification Required

• Professional certification in Public Relations or Corporate Communications is a plus.
