Training Support: ₹500 per day for accommodation and meals (settled on the last day of training)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, manage the team, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete branch operations and daily activities.
• Lead and supervise the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
• Handle client escalations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Drive sales and ensure team conversions.
• Maintain reports, inventory, and coordination with head office.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all departments within the branch.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Branch Management / Team Handling.
• Strong background in Sales and Operations.
• Experience in Wellness, Skin Care, or Healthcare industry preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to undergo 10–15 days unpaid training in Chandigarh.
• Ready to relocate to East Delhi after training.
• Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.
